Online Registration Module

This module is used by those who wish to become registered with the College of a Pharmacists of British Columbia (the "College"). Applicants can submit their pre-registration application, reinstatement application, or full registration online through this module. Some applicants* are required to complete their applications offline (see notes below).

The College of Pharmacists of BC (“College”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and retains personal information in compliance with the Health Professions Act (HPA),the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act (PODSA), and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

The personal information you provide when logging in to or creating an account in eServices is being collected and will be used by the College to carry out its mandate under the HPA in the public interest. The collection of this personal information is permitted under section 26(c) and (e) of FIPPA.

If you were previously issued an eServices ID, log in below to continue. Your username is your 5-digit eServices ID immediately followed by your year of birth (i.e. #####YYYY), or your email address if the account was created after October 21, 2021.

If you are a former registrant, please contact the Registration Department to activate your account first.

If you have never applied for pre-registration or registered with the College, click “Create an account” below to begin the application process.

Do not create multiple accounts as your information will not be merged. Use the “Forgot username” or “Forgot password” function if applicable, or contact the Registration Department for assistance if you are unsure whether you have an account with the College.

If you are currently a registrant with the College, you must complete your applications offline by contacting the Registration Department as you will not be able to access the Online Registration Module. Examples include:

  •  Non-practising pharmacists or non-practising pharmacy technicians applying to reinstate their full registration;
  • Temporary registrants applying for pre-registration or full registration;
  • Limited pharmacists applying for pre-registration or full registration.
