Welcome to eServices, the secure online site for the College of Pharmacists of BC.  eServices allows you to update your contact and employment information, submit declarations, renew and pay for your registration or pharmacy licence (if due), register for exams and events, complete PDAP requirements and access the PRP portal. It also stores confidential sample forms used for medical assistance in dying (MAID). 

Please access eServices using your desktop computer as the site is not compatible with mobile devices.   Google Chrome is the recommended browser for eServices as other browsers may be not supported.   

eServices Maintenance

Due to regularly scheduled updates to our network, access to eServices will be intermittent on the first Tuesday of every month from 6PM to 9PM. If you have any questions or are experiencing technical difficulties, please email eServices@bcpharmacists.org.

The College of Pharmacists of BC (“College”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and retains personal information in compliance with the Health Professions Act (HPA),the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act (PODSA), and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

The personal information you provide when logging in to or creating an account in eServices is being collected and will be used by the College to carry out its mandate under the HPA in the public interest. The collection of this personal information is permitted under section 26(c) and (e) of FIPPA.

Already have an eServices account?

If you are a registrant, pre-registrant, or former registrant, your username is your 5-digit eServices ID immediately followed by your year of birth (i.e. #####YYYY) if your eServices account was created before October 21, 2021. Otherwise, the username is your email address provided when you created the account.

If you are a non-registrant who is an authorized representative or indirect owner, your username was emailed to you upon validation of the ownership information submitted by the direct owner.

If this is your first time logging into eServices, please update the temporary password the has been assigned to you in your welcome email or create your password as instructed in your email.
