During this period, eServices (which includes registration, renewals, Practice Review and PDAP portals) and Find a Pharmacy or Registrant on the College’s website will be unavailable .

If you have plans to renew your pharmacy license or registration during this period, or if you need access to eServices, we request that you consider this maintenance period in your plans. We appreciate your cooperation.
Important Notice: Single Renewal Date


In March 2024, the College of Pharmacists of BC transitioned to a single renewal date for all registrants, marking the start of the College’s streamlined renewal process. The new billing period for all registrants will begin April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

To facilitate this transition to the Single Renewal Date, your registration fees for 2024 will be pro-rated. This means you'll only pay for the number of months from your current renewal date until April 1, 2025.

The College has developed an FAQ to address questions about the transition to the Single Renewal Date, pro-ration fee schedules, and how the transition may impact Continuing Education requirement submissions in the next year.

Welcome to eServices, the secure online site for the College of Pharmacists of BC.  eServices allows you to update your contact and employment information, submit declarations, renew and pay for your registration or pharmacy licence (if due), register for exams and events, complete PDAP requirements and access the PRP portal. It also stores confidential sample forms used for medical assistance in dying (MAID). 

Please access eServices using your desktop computer as the site is not compatible with mobile devices.   Google Chrome is the recommended browser for eServices as other browsers may be not supported.

Due to regularly scheduled updates to our network, access to eServices will be intermittent on the third Tuesday of every month from 6PM to 9PM. If you have any questions or are experiencing technical difficulties, please email eServices@bcpharmacists.org.

The collection of this personal information is permitted under section 26(c) and (e) of FIPPA.
